Welcome to Mortal Art Academy!

We’re excited to have you as part of our martial arts family. To make sure everyone enjoys training safely and respectfully, we ask all students (and parents/guardians for under 18s) to follow these simple terms.

· Every student needs to complete a registration form before their first class.

· Students under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

· We want our academy to be a positive space, so we may refuse or end membership if needed for safety or respect reasons.

· Class fees and memberships should be paid in advance as per our price list.

· If payments are late or missed, training may be paused until they’re up to date.

· Refunds are not normally given, but we’ll always look at special circumstances fairly.

· Please arrive on time and attend regularly so you get the most from your training.

· Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students is essential.

· Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may lead to suspension or ending membership.

· Martial arts are fun and challenging, but also physically demanding. Make sure you are fit to train.

· Tell us about any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before class.

· Training is at your own risk, and protective equipment must be worn where required.

· Safety of every student is our top priority.

· Children must be dropped off and collected by a parent/guardian unless agreed otherwise.

· Parents/guardians are responsible for their child outside of class times.

· From time to time, we may take photos or videos in class for training or promotional use.

· If you’d prefer not to be included, please let us know in writing.

· All academy-created materials remain the property of Mortal Art Academy.

· If you wish to cancel your membership, please give us one months’ notice in writing.

· Sometimes classes may be cancelled due to unexpected events. While refunds are not given for circumstances beyond our control (like severe weather), we will always do our best to reschedule.

· We take your personal information seriously and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy.

· Martial arts involve physical contact and carry some risk of injury. By training with us, you accept this risk and agree to take part voluntarily.

· Mortal Art Academy and its coaches are not responsible for injuries or losses.

· These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
