We specialise in Mixed Martial Arts or MMA which involves both stand up and ground fighting, it employs both striking and grappling techniques from a variety of different martial arts styles such as boxing, submission fighting, catch wrestling, jiu jitsu, judo, thai boxing, muay thai as well as others. 

We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. The art derived from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan judo in the early 20th century.
